Attendance: Obviously, we cannot be responsible for your child’s attendance. Please do not ask us to pro-rate, refund, or carry forward fees for classes missed.

Make-Up Classes: We do not promise, nor do we owe make-up classes unless we cancel the class. However, if room is available in another class of the same level, you may ask to schedule a make-up class. You cannot make-up the class without being enrolled in a current class. Never come for a make-up class without scheduling in advance.

Make-Up No Show: When a make-up class is scheduled, we consider it made up whether you attend the class or not. When we book you in the class, we are denying that space for another person for that day.

Coming for Class: All students must try to be prompt and on time for class. Students must remain in the lobby until their class is in session. All classes are one hour long with an exception of our levels 4 and up gymnastic competition teams, which will be 2 hours long.

Wear& Hair:
Boys Gymnastics: T- Shirt and gym shorts. Please do not wear jeans or belts. No excessively baggy clothing.

Girls Gymnastics: One piece leotard. Long hair should be pulled back so that it will not interfere with vision or skills.
Ballet: Leotard, tights and ballet shoes
Tap /Jazz / Lyrical/ Modern : Jazz pants/shorts, or leotard and tights
Hip-Hop: comfortable clothing and sneakers that will only be worn on the dance floor. Absolutely no street shoes are to be worn on the dance floors.

Changing Levels: There is a set of criteria for each class level. Once the student has mastered the skills on all the events for a particular level, the instructor will issue a certificate to move to the next level. The parent should then show the certificate to the person at the front desk in order to transfer the students into the new level. Advancing levels is done individually. Factors that affect advancements are physical abilities and body composition (size, strength, and flexibility), attendance, and how often the student takes class. If you have questions about your child’s progress, feel free to talk to the instructor.

Parent Observation: Parents are welcome to watch classes from our sitting area. Please refrain from speaking to your child during class so other children are not disturbed. Young children who need assistance using the restroom will be escorted to a parent to take them. Please watch all children in the observation area. Children should never be left unattended. Never let children play on equipment without instructor. Please do not allow children to open and close doors during class, bang on the glass, or run in and out of the class. Please be considerate of the people around you.

Absolutely no food, drink, or gum is permitted on the gym floor, or in the dance rooms.
